4-star contactless-check-in hotel in Cary
The Experience
Hive House, Unscripted By Hyatt operates with a contactless self check-in system that provides guests with door codes for the main entrance and room before arrival. The property has no front desk, which removes waiting times and allows guests to move from car to room without human interaction. This self-service format suits travelers who prefer a low-hassle stay with quick communication via text.
Rooms & Suites
Each of the 42 rooms includes a full kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, full-size fridge, and dishwasher. The suites have a separate living area with a sofa, a desk, and a second TV, which creates an apartment-style layout. Air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a tea and coffee maker come standard in every unit.
On-Site Amenities
The hotel has a fitness center right in the lobby with Peloton bikes and other exercise equipment. A billiards table and a pool table sit in the common area for guest entertainment. The property also provides a laundry room, a vending machine with snacks, and complimentary earplugs in rooms for highway-noise management.
Location
Hive House sits within 7.9 km of PNC Arena and 8 km from Meredith College, placing it close to sports events and campus activities. The North Carolina Museum of Art is also nearby, along with Crabtree Valley Mall Shopping Center for retail needs. Raleigh-Durham International Airport is 25 km away, and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.
Parking & Pets
Free parking is provided on-site with plenty of available spots, including covered spaces. Pets are allowed on the property, which makes the hotel usable for travelers with animals. The parking area has music playing in the morning and is well-lit, contributing to a secure environment.
